Sonia Vilos, Nurse Practitioner and Medical Director, leads skinalchemy’s approach to assessment, treatment planning and clinical oversight. Care is provider-matched, with the plan guiding who treats, what is recommended and how care is sequenced.

That thinking extends across the clinical team. Bone, ligament support, fat pads, movement, tissue and skin are considered in relation to one another before a recommendation is made. The goal is not to treat an isolated feature. It is to understand what has changed, what is contributing to it, and which practitioner and treatment belong in the plan.
Nearly two decades of medical experience inform Sonia’s leadership of that standard. Her training spans cadaver dissection, international masterclasses in Oslo, London and New York, biostimulator specialization, and ongoing collaboration with plastic surgeons and dermatologists across North America. As Medical Director, she oversees clinical protocols and also serves as a Clinical Educator, teaching other injectors in advanced aesthetic practice.
Across the team, the standard is the same: anatomy before aesthetic, proportion over excess, and results that do not announce the treatment.
